From 1 February 2024As a general practitioner, you can set up a care pathway for patients under the age of 23 who have been diagnosed as with an eating disorder. An outpatient team of carers supervises this care pathway and, following a multidisciplinary consultation, draws up a care plan. treatment plan.
Thanks to collaboration between various front-line healthcare professionals, a multidisciplinary ambulatory support team (EMAS) has been set up to support you through this care pathway.
