Certification training in CBT-E for eating disorders
Implementation of the key components of CBT-E, a manual-based, evidence-based individual therapy. CBT-E targets restrictive eating behaviours (including anorexia nervosa) and binge eating behaviours (including bulimia nervosa) in adolescents and adults.
Audience:
> GPs and paediatricians
> clinical psychologists
> hold or be in the process of obtaining a 3rd or 4th year Certificate in CBT therapy.
> have followed or follow the basic modules (E-learning) available online on the CEPIA website
> be able to recruit one or more cases before starting the course
> follow at least 2 patients during the course

FBT certification training in eating disorders in children and adolescents
Implementation of the key components of an evidence-based and manualised family therapy specifically for eating disorders. Family Based
Therapy" (FBT) focuses on restrictive behaviours (including anorexia nervosa) and the approach to hyperphagic behaviours (including bulimia).

Formation Family Based Therapy" (FBT) adaptée aux interventions de 1ière ligne (Trajet de soins TCA)

La FBT-AN/BN (Family-Based Treatment pour l’anorexie ou la boulimie) est le traitement de première intention recommandé dans les directives cliniques pour les adolescents âgés de 10 à 18 ans présentant un trouble de l’alimentation. Pourtant, en Belgique, seuls quelques jeunes patients et leurs parents bénéficient effectivement de cette approche. En effet, la mise en œuvre d’une FBT complète, structurée sur une durée de 6 à 12 mois, exige une expertise spécifique du thérapeute, ce qui peut représenter un frein pour les intervenants de première ligne.
Cet atelier de 6 heures, destiné aux psychologues cliniciens de première ligne, médecins ou diététiciens, vise à rendre cette approche pertinente en première ligne, en proposant une version adaptée de la FBT, fondée sur les données issues des recherches les plus récentes.
Nous nous intéresserons donc aux :
§ Adaptations possibles de la FBT standard et mise en œuvre comme réponse initiale en 1ere ligne, sans en compromettre les principes fondamentaux ;
§ Indications cliniques de cette modalité simplifiée, en particulier dans le cadre d’une détection précoce d’un TA chez un jeune entre 10 et 18 ans,
§ Enjeux du travail multidisciplinaire et articulations pratiques dans le Plan de traitement d’un Trajet de soins TCA ;
§ Modalités de poursuite du suivi après une réponse favorable à l’intervention initiale et critères de passage de relais vers un psychologue-psychothérapeute spécialisé en TCA,
L’objectif de cet atelier proposé en partenariat avec le CEPIA est de permettre aux professionnels de première ligne de s’approprier des outils concrets et scientifiquement fondés pour initier un accompagnement structuré et efficace en multidisciplinarité, et ce, en amont d’une éventuelle orientation spécialisée
